GoodStanding prepares a cure path from a public status record

GoodStanding starts with an organization's public status record and follows it through the available reinstatement work. The console keeps the revocation date, filing route, deadline, documents, and state status together so I can see what the record says before anything gets prepared.

The record view

The main view names the organization, location, revocation date, and remaining streamlined window. It also shows that the record comes from the IRS Automatic Revocation of Exemption List and the California registry.

The view gives the status a date and a source instead of presenting a generic warning. It calculates the 15 month date from the published record and shows which state information is separate from the federal status.

The evidence panel

The evidence panel shows the revocation reason, the posting date, the reinstatement date, and the California registry status. It also displays the source labels beside the facts.

The reinstatement docket

The docket lists the filings in the order they belong in the cure. Each row names the document, the destination, the government fee, and whether the document is prepared.

The control turns a status determination into a sequence of work. A filing can remain visible when it does not apply, so the record shows what was considered and why a route is open or blocked.

The route comparison

The route comparison shows the available reinstatement paths with their citations, eligibility conditions, deadline language, and retroactive effect. The streamlined retroactive route is marked for the current record.

The comparison prevents the filing path from being chosen from the revocation date alone. GoodStanding ties the route to the record's timing and leaves the other routes visible when their requirements differ.

The cure pack

The cure pack view shows the documents prepared for the organization, including the eligibility worksheet, Form 1023-EZ preparation, the California cure pack, and the annual filing plan. It also shows documents that are still not prepared.

The pack connects each document to the record that caused it to appear. GoodStanding prepares the filings and leaves the organization to review, sign, and file them.

The filing plan

The filing plan shows the annual Form 990-N, California RRF-1, CT-TR-1, and Statement of Information requirements with their due dates and filing destinations. It also explains that missing the 990-N for three consecutive years triggers automatic revocation.
