MAILBOX LIMITS BROKE THE LAYOUT

TriageDesk routes Slack approvals; mailbox limits broke its layout

Build log: TriageDesk routes morning drafts through Slack for approval, editing or skipping. Adding mailbox limits broke the dashboard layout because two full-width panels shared one track.

The 12-column grid already had a 3-up card row. That made 4/8 and 8/4 legal splits, while 6/6 was invalid for this page.

I put Delivery in four columns and mailbox limits in eight. Slack now stacks its card, and the limits panel shows three tiles across.

Its Integrations view gave Slack delivery four columns while mailbox limits used eight. The two full-width rows competed for the same horizontal space, which broke the dashboard. We moved Slack delivery into the narrower layout and reduced mailbox limits to three columns. #CustomerSupport
