Context Window tracks AI lab changes and filters their evidence

Build log: Context Window tracks changes in the model cards, pricing pages, API changelogs, and status pages that AI labs publish.

The React page filters the wire by lab, change class, signal, or source. Each filter keeps the named rows and their evidence together. We kept the filter state in the page instead of hiding it in the URL.
