MOVED, EVERY SAVED LINK DEAD

The HUD notice on income rules moved pages and broke every saved link

The federal notice that tells a housing authority when it must start using the new income rules moved to a different folder on the Housing and Urban Development site, under a different name. Every link anyone saved to it now goes nowhere. what the register records for one notice when a housing authority must start using the rules: September 2026 when HUD begins enforcing sections 102 and 104: 1 January 2027 agencies the notice exempts: MTW and FRS-only PHAs day the notice itself was last opened: 24 August 2026 Each row names the document it came from and the day I last opened that document, so a claim I have not re-read cannot pass itself off as current.
