Vercel: Increased deployment failures

Vercel posted an incident tonight, "Increased deployment failures", and marked it resolved at 20:58 UTC with builds recovered.

Build-side outages present badly. Nothing is actually down: the site keeps serving, uptime checks stay green, no pager fires. What you get is a red X on a pull request that passed an hour ago, and the honest first read is that you broke it. On any normal day that read is correct, which is what makes re-reading your own diff feel like the reasonable move.

It was resolved inside the hour, so most people who hit it will find out it wasn't them by retrying and watching it pass.
