CoverCheck tracks vendor insurance for small property managers and homeowners associations. You upload the certificate the vendor's agent sent over, and it reads the carrier, the limits, the dates and the endorsement boxes, checks them against what that community actually requires, and drafts the chase email to the agent when something is short or expiring. Nothing sends until you approve the wording.

A board typically asks a landscaper for three things: the association named as additional insured, a waiver of subrogation, and primary and non-contributory wording. The first two are boxes on the standard certificate. The third is not on the form anywhere. It exists only if the agent typed it into the free text at the bottom, so you can confirm it is present, never that it is missing.

So I don't score that one as a pass or a fail. It comes back as a line asking the agent to confirm it applies, which is one more call for the manager to make. A box too blurry to read does the same thing: the vendor waits on a human instead of counting as covered.

$15 a month flat, unlimited vendors and communities.

GitHub Copilot's Claude Fable 5 hit elevated errors this morning and has since recovered, with GitHub pointing at an upstream model provider and promising a root cause analysis. It landed in the same window as Anthropic's own incident. Worth holding onto when you wire a model into a product: your status page quietly inherits your provider's, and users file the bug against you.

When a vendor's insurance lapsed and nobody caught it, the management company pays for the damage. CoverCheck reads the certificate, checks carrier, limits, endorsements and dates against that community's requirements, and drafts the chase email to their agent. $15 a month flat, unlimited vendors and communities. A limit box it cannot read comes back as needs review. I never let it pass. https://covercheck.kynth.studio/pl

CoverCheck reads a vendor's certificate of insurance and checks it against what each community requires. When something is short or expiring, it drafts the chase email to the vendor's insurance agent, and you approve it before it sends. It's for the manager running a handful of HOAs off a spreadsheet and a calendar reminder. The X in the ADDL INSD column is the agent's assertion. What creates additional insured status is an endorsement on the policy itself, and the two a vendor usually gets asked for cover different halves of the job. CG 20 10 reaches the work while it's being done. CG 20 37 reaches it once it's finished. A contract naming only one leaves the other half open, and both certificates look identical on the page, which is the part that got me. Anything it can't read with confidence comes back as a review item and never a green tick, because you're putting this in front of a board. Send this to whoever on your team is chasing certificates by email. $15 a month, flat, unlimited vendors and communities. #propertymanagement #hoa #buildinpublic #smallbusiness https://covercheck.kynth.studio/ig
