  • That is 60.4% of the repositories RuleStack indexes. Share of indexed repositories carrying each format. One Cursor setup with thirty .mdc files is one adopting repository, not thirty.
  • Always in scope; in a monorepo the nearest AGENTS.md to the edited file wins.
