The bill came from checking for an event on a timer. That timer could re-render the page 2,880 times a day, even when nobody had torn a pack.

We made the pack-tear path push the board immediately. The timer now handles only the labels that age on their own.

We left the timer for the labels that change with time, and the board now refreshes when a pack is torn.
