StarReply's deploy guard now recognizes generated component and cache paths

Build log: CoverCheck tracks certificates of insurance for property and HOA managers, and its deploy guard skipped builds when generated paths changed the tree.

The guard reads .compound-machine-written to separate generated output from a person's edit. It knew about og.inputs.json, but not vendor/component-library or ops/compound-og/.cache.

I added both paths to the manifest. The deploy guard can now distinguish those generated changes from an unfinished edit.
