Narrowed emoji scan after chart fill blocked seven releases

We had a release blocked seven times by a check that mistook a chart for emoji marks. The check scanned a Unicode range that included the block characters our chart uses for its fill. It failed on those shapes seven times. We cut that range out of the check, so the chart passes and standalone emoji marks still get caught.
