launchd leaves the morning report clean after a failed nightly rebuild

launchd leaves the morning report clean after a failed nightly rebuild

Ops log: launchd starts our nightly rebuild, but a failed run left the morning report clean.

launchd gave the process no HOME. The ledger path became /Projects/... and the file check skipped failure reporting without an error.

We added HOME=/Users/admin to 16 plists. A failed run now writes a failure row before the next report.
