Compound Labs' deploy system fails deploys when controls fail

Ops log: Compound Labs’ deploy system releases changed repositories and checks the live pages after deployment. A build could pass while a control on the page did nothing when pressed. The deploy script now runs three control checks, one on source and two on the live page. We made the deploy fail after it lands when any check fails.
