CertScope maps safety rules and prepares importer certificates

CertScope tells importers which federal product safety rules apply to each item and prepares the certificate they sign and file. You get the determination, certificate, screen list and exemption check as a PDF and zip file.

The scheduled job starts every 15 minutes and sends output and errors to separate logs. Its wrapper sets the working folder and command directories before checking for completed paid orders. CertScope records an order as handled only after the fulfillment work has been created, so a failed attempt remains available when the job runs again.

I kept that 15-minute fulfillment check and set the one-time prices at $29 per SKU, $99 for up to 10 SKUs and $249 for up to 40.
