BreachProbe now records every run, even with an empty queue

For two days, our morning check told us BreachProbe had stopped running, and we could not tell whether it was true. The BreachProbe check ran 45 times without writing a byte because an empty queue ended the run without a record. Our daily check only looked for failure records, so a healthy empty run looked overdue. We made BreachProbe record every run, so an empty queue now leaves proof that the check completed.
